The poster boards are 95 cm wide and 235 cm high. We recommend that posters are prepared in portrait format and 90 cm wide x 120 cm high. However, a poster can be a different shape and size as long as it fits on the poster board.

The title and author list on the poster must be the same as in the accepted Abstract.

We ask student and young postdoc delegates (PhD title awarded on or after June 1^st 2016) to indicate their category on their posterboard (not necessarily on the poster itself). To participate in the student or postdoc poster competition, the competing delegate must present the poster.

The date and time of your poster presentation will be available at registration. Blue tack and poster numbers will be provided onsite.
