The registration price includes bed and breakfast (Sun-Thurs) in Hotel Termes Montbrió, entry to the conference sessions, welcome reception, access to the exhibition area, refreshment breaks, midday meals as well as delegate materials.

Offsite registration includes entry to the conference sessions, welcome reception, access to the exhibition area, refreshment breaks, midday meals as well as delegate materials.

During the registration process, options will be provided for delegates that need to reduce or extend their stay at Hotel Termes de Montbrió.

Cancellation policy

The following conditions for reimbursements of cancelled registration payments apply:

 - Before 28/02/2019, 75% of the price paid will be reimbursed

 - From  01/03/2019 to 10/04/2019 (incl), 50% will be reimbursed

 - From 11/04/2019 no reimbursements will be possible
