Oral communications
Each presenter will be given 20 minutes maximum: 15 for the oral presentation itself + 5 minutes for questions. We kindly ask presenters to keep talks to the prescribed length. Presenters should send their PowerPoint presentations to isp19@urv.cat no later than one day before their presentation. The organizing committee will copy the presentations to the conference computer.

Posters
Participants are requested to put up their poster before 1:00 pm on the day corresponding to their poster presentation, so as to increase the opportunity for other participants to read it. Posters should be removed by the end of the day, but can stay on the panels until then. The organizing committee is not responsible for any damage that may occur if a poster is not removed at the indicated time.

Poster format: 90 cm wide x 120 cm high, in portrait format (no landscape, please).

Poster presenters should refer to the program to find the board number assigned to them. Please, use the poster board with this designated number.
