Paper outline

We recommend you start working on the paper of your presentation that must be ready for others to read in advance the conference. This is needed for being able to conduct the role of discussant of another colleague's paper (you will be informed on time which paper you are reviewing/discussing) and it is important in order to ensure discussion and debate during the sessions presentations.

Your paper must have a maximum of 3000 words including a short abstract (maximum 250 words); please, notice we will send back to authors those papers going beyond the word count limit. Papers must be written in English. Since English is not the mother tongue of most of the participants of the conference, please, ensure your text is legible for others and that it has had language revision (if needed).

Presentations at the conference can be made with power point or not, as you prefer. We expect presentations to be summaries and reflections on your papers, not the papers themselves. We highly encourage not reading the papers, nor the power points (if used).

The submission deadline for the paper is 31st July 2018. Deadline extended till 14th August.
