Conference Program Structure Encounters and Engagements Program Final Structure

CHECK-IN AND PERMANENT OFFICE:

The meeting office for check will open daily from Monday 10 to Friday 14. The office offers support to MAYS, EaE and Workshops, collect the fee for workshops and sell the noon meals tickets. An officer under work contract in duty with the support in rush hours of volonteers (MAMSI students mainly).
