Virtual conference guidelines
This virtual conference will allow remote attendees to access online sessions from their offices. The conference will be hosted entirely over the Internet. Attendees will participate through a conference website designed specifically for the virtual experience. The conference site will allow to participate in sessions by chatting in questions and comments through virtual forums.
Online participants will have access to all session materials prior to the start of the sessions. A facilitator will be in each "virtual room" to lead the online debates.
The conference site will be oponed a week before the start of the conference. Participants will be notified by email.
No special technical requeriments will be needed.
