Fees:

The registration fee for the summer school is of 895 €.

Includes:

Tuition fees
Participation in the activities included in the program
Participation in the outings included in the program
Certification of the course, when the academic requirements are fulfilled

IMPORTANT: The fees of the course do not include accommodation. Check the accommodation options.

Options and terms of payment:

A) One payment: Register online and pay the registration fees in one payment.

B) Two payments (40%+60%): Register online and book your place for only €358! You can pay the rest of the registration fees (€537) before the 1^st of June 2017.

Documents for visa application:

The students who need an enrollment certificate to apply for a visa need to ask for it ahead of time. The time for issuing such a certificate is approximately a week, and the time needed to send by post the original documents can be up to two weeks depending on the country. Please, ask for your documents enough time ahead you visa appointment at the embassy or consulate!

Terms and conditions

1. Minimum age to participate in the course is 18.

2. Heath and accidents assistance are NOT COVERED by the registration fees. All the students must take care of their own accidents and health care insurance. The Fundació URV is not liable for any costs incurred by a participant without adequate insurance coverage.

3. Payment of the fees is due within one week after the registration date. Registration is formalized once the payment is received.

4. Cancellation policy:

Participants can withdraw from the course and ask for refund with the following conditions:

Up to 60 days before the start of the course: Fundació URV will refund 70% of the registration fees.
Up to the start of the course: Fundació URV will refund 30% of the registration fees.
Once the course has started, no refund is possible.

5. The Fundació URV may cancel the course if the number of participants is insufficient. If the course must be cancelled, the Fundació URV will refund the full fees paid.
